Natural Whetstone - Highest Quality Finishing Stone

This is a natural whetstone. Searching the photos suggests it might be a Tsushima whetstone from Nagasaki, but I cannot say for sure, so I am listing it as a natural whetstone.
My grandfather was a barber, and I remember him often sharpening scissors and razors after work when I was a child. This is one of the whetstones that remain, but please check the photos.
The dimensions of the whetstone being listed are:
