Description
When I bought a Misono Gyuto knife at Kamaasa Shoten in Kappabashi, I was considering getting a Misono petty knife as well. However, the shop staff told me that this knife had comparable, if not superior, performance, so I purchased it for 16,280 yen. I've barely used it, only to cut a pear, so it's practically unused. I recently had it professionally sharpened. I haven't used it since then.
They offered free engraving, so I had it inscribed with Michael Jackson, as I'm a huge fan.
I'd love for a fan to use it if possible.
