Bizen Ware Vase with Handles
This item was collected by a family member over many years.
I received a few items and, as they didn't match my home's interior, they have been stored without being displayed.
Mimi-tsuki (with handles) is considered a highly formal shape for vases, and the more elaborate the design, such as Hotei-mimi (Buddha's ear handles) or Ryu-mimi (dragon handles), the higher its value is said to be.
I am currently looking for the original box.
