This is a beautiful condition coc gripper No. 3.
I bought it but barely used it and kept it in a dry cabinet.
There is no rust visible, and the spring is regularly lubricated with silicone spray.
The handle has some minor knurling deformation (see image), but there are no snags and it should be usable without issue. Other than that, it is clean.

It is sold on Amazon for 4,380 yen.
