This is an heirloom from my grandfather, dating back over 30 years.
It is estimated to be from around the 1980s.
This is a complete set of 9 solid ink sticks from the renowned Chinese ink maker Lao Hu Kaiwen, featuring scenes of Huangshan Mountain.

Each ink stick has different landscapes carved on the front and back, making a total of 18 scenes. This is a complete set.

There are no major chips or cracks, and the storage condition is considered good.
There are some scuffs and minor scratches due to age, as well as the characteristic patina of old ink sticks.
