〇Perform 4 types of exercises with one device
This fitness core board allows you to simultaneously aim for aerobic, strength training, and core exercises, as well as stretching. The weight capacity is 120 kg. The main board is made of 7 layers of zelkova wood, providing a natural flex. The basic movement involves stepping in place while balancing on the board. Additionally, two types of resistance tubes are included. By using the tubes, you can perform 16 patterns of training similar to gym equipment.

Turn the board upside down, lie on your back, and slowly move your arms upwards for a chest stretch. Further slowly move your arms upwards, and once you're accustomed to it, extend one leg at a time for a back stretch. With the included training guide and videos featuring Central's programs, you can follow along with lessons set to music.*
