【Rare】Burgeroni Piccolo Headjoint
501-R Rosewood

This is a piccolo headjoint made by Burgeroni.
The model is 501-R. It is made of
rosewood, which is not officially
produced.

It features a warm,
lustrous tone that takes advantage of the wood's characteristics,
and lacks the shrill sound often associated with piccolos.

Although it is a used item,
it has been used very little since purchase
and is in excellent condition with no warping.

I purchased it directly from Mr. Burgeroni in Germany.

I bought it to match a piccolo I previously owned and loved it very much,
but about three months after purchasing it,
that piccolo was stolen.

As a result, only this headjoint,
which I carried separately,
remained with me...

I have carefully stored it at home until today.

I thought I might use it again someday,
but that opportunity never really came, so

I am looking for someone who can breathe new life into this instrument!

Although it was for a short period,
this is a wonderful headjoint that has performed well in German orchestras!
