I will describe any issues to the best of my recollection.
Volume 1, Episode 2 has a brief visual disturbance. (See photo ②)
Volume 6 has static noise (buzzing?) throughout.
Other than that, I believe there were no issues... This is based on my memory from about six months ago, so please forgive me if I've overlooked anything.

Unlike the item with mold listed separately, this one has been with me for a long time and has no mold. (The one listed separately was originally purchased to replace volumes 1 and 6, but it had mold...)
Furthermore, I was able to obtain a complete set in perfect condition separately, which is why I am now listing this one.
Not sold separately.
Regarding volumes 1 and 12, the cases have been replaced with cases that are easier for me to handle, according to my preference. However, they originally came with the same type of case as volumes 2-11, so if you wish, I can unify them (to the pull-out type, same as volumes 2-11).
