1900's Vintage Semca 7 Jewels Alarm Clock Swiss Aqua Blue & Diamond Rhinestones

Semca clock 7 Jewels, Swiss Made movement, quality craftsmanship, adorned with Aqua blue and clear crystal sparkly shiny rhinestones around the bezel and at the base. Dated to the mid-20th century, such as the 1900’s -1950s. Clock works, it ticks, no idea how to use it. I can hear the alarm bell when it winds, not as an alarm, unsure if the alarm works, sold as is, vintage quality, not new, previously owned.
