Brand new vintage set. Cufflinks have an excellent striking engraving. It has an atomic, partial starburst, sun on the horizon design. Very vintage very retro. I believe it is made with anti-tarnish sterling. See photos of marks. Packaging looks a little worse for wear with some foxing marks (can happen to older paper products, it happens because of the ingredients in the paper aging - it is not mold or anything else to be concerned about.
