We will randomly select a healthy seedling in good condition for shipping.
The plants will be shipped bare-root. However, to comply with quarantine regulations, the roots will not be cut. They will be shipped after sterilization and pest treatment only.

[Shipping Method]
We will ship via the 4th Class Mail (non-standard mail).
*If your package does not arrive, please contact your local post office directly.
There are many reports of cases where delivery notices are not left and re-delivery is not attempted. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in checking with the post office yourself.

*If you are concerned, we recommend upgrading to express shipping or Mercari delivery.
If you wish to use express shipping, we can accommodate this for an additional fee of +350 yen. We can also create a separate listing for the shipping fee.
