Original Potting Mix for Agave and Caudex Plants - Small Granule (3-6mm)

This is an original potting mix blended using only the highest quality materials, carefully sifted to remove all fine particles.
With premium Sanbon-sen Akadama soil and Harunasan pumice as the main components, this mix prioritizes drainage, making it ideal for caudex plants such as Agave, Pachypodium, and Adenium.

Key Ingredient: Obsidian Perlite - This porous material is created by firing and expanding obsidian. It enhances aeration within the pot, providing ample oxygen to the roots for excellent root development. Obsidian also has ion-exchange properties that can transform water into a mineral-rich solution, potentially preventing root rot.

Soil Components:
- Sanbon-sen Akadama Soil (Small Granule 4-6mm, sifted to remove fine particles)
  This exceptionally hard Akadama soil maintains its structure and aeration/drainage properties for extended periods without breaking down.

- Harunasan Pumice (Small Granule 3-6mm - Washed, Fired, and Dried)
  Fired and dried for sterility, this pumice is incorporated in a ratio that prioritizes drainage.

- Hard Kanuma Soil (Small Granule 4-6mm, sifted to remove fine particles)
  Uses hard, durable Kanuma soil that resists crumbling.

- Golden Potting Soil (Peat Pellets - Peat pellets selected from Golden Potting Granular Soil for Flowers and Vegetables)
  Peat enhances nutrient retention. The hard pellet form does not compromise aeration or drainage.

- Obsidian Perlite (Small Granule 3-6mm, sifted to remove fine particles)
  Promotes robust root growth by ensuring sufficient oxygen supply to the roots, leading to faster and better root development.

- Bamboo Charcoal (Bamboo Charcoal Field Size #2)
  Rich in minerals, it contributes to the development of strong roots.
