Ionantha Fuego Guatemalan Brilliant Blush

Brilliant Blush means Wonderful Momiji, and it develops a consistently reddish-black color, likely due to its high pigment content, similar to the image. During blooming, this reddish-black fades, and the plant turns bright red (see reference image).
I purchased this about 10 years ago at a specialty store by chance, and I haven't seen it in stores or found any information online. Based on the tag, it's presumed that among Ionantha naturally collected in Guatemala, this one was named Wonderful Momiji due to its exceptionally good coloration.
It grows slightly larger than a regular Ionantha Fuego. Its intense pigment also causes the seed pods to turn red.
I have grown and observed many Ionantha, including high-end varieties, and this red coloration is exceptional and overwhelming.

This is a rare listing as it is difficult to propagate.
I hope someone who loves Ionantha will purchase it and enjoy growing it.

Its nature is robust, similar to regular Ionantha. It develops better coloration when grown with strong light.
