Description
This is an authentic Miyako Dye (Acid) household dye from around the Showa 30s (1950s).
I heard that a family member acquired it to make dirt less noticeable on white work clothes.
Although it has been used, it is in good condition and is a valuable item with historical and documentary significance.

[Features and Highlights of this Item]
● Lighthouse Mark (Tōdai-in) Label
This design, modeled after Japan's oldest Western-style lighthouse, the Old Shinagawa Lighthouse, was intended to illuminate the world.

● A Engraving on the Lid
The heavy, chocolate-colored lid is engraved with the initial A for the founding Aoyama family.

● Dry Powder Condition
Despite nearly 70 years passing, the powder inside flows freely when the bottle is tilted.

● Includes Valuable Documentation
An instruction manual detailing Dyeing Methods and Dyeing Knowledge from the era is included. It features warm, handwritten-style illustrations of hand-dyeing, offering a glimpse into life at the time.
