This is a TOSHIBA ONSATRON assembly-type tuning fork clock, model TCE-71. Manufactured by Tokyo Shibaura Electric Co., Ltd.

This is a rare tuning fork clock, believed to have been manufactured around the 1960s-1970s, before the widespread adoption of quartz clocks. It is a retro clock that was only in circulation for about a decade.
Furthermore, unlike typical finished clocks, this item is a rare assembly-type model, making it even more scarce.

As this item is over 50 years old, there is very little documentation or information available, and details are unknown.
It is thought to be an item that may have been produced to commemorate Toshiba's 100th anniversary in 1975 and was distributed on a limited basis.
