●As this is a natural product, there may be slight variations in the shade of green, color unevenness, etc., compared to cultivated moss.
Also, although we do our best to remove them, dead leaves, insects, debris, etc., may be mixed in to prevent colony collapse. We appreciate your understanding.
●The image shows the moss packed in a container approximately 20cm x 11.5cm x 3cm deep. The lid and unnecessary parts will be cut to adjust the size and thickness for shipping.
We will pack it with a slight press, but it will return to its original shape quickly, so please don't worry.
●Please check the condition and quantity from the images and make your own judgment.
●To minimize risk, we will ship via Yu-Packet Post or similar services. This is faster than the 4th class mail and allows for weekend delivery. After wrapping with kitchen paper soaked in water at the bottom of the image pack, we will place it in a plastic bag etc. for moisture retention.
Please note that we use recycled materials (such as food trays) for packaging.
