This is the extremely rare Akebono soybean, often called the phantom soybean. It's very large-grained with a strong sweet and savory flavor, making it perfect for soy milk and boiled soybeans! The taste of the edamame is exquisite. This Akebono region is located at an altitude of 600 meters, on Mt. Fujimi, which was once the seabed. The abundant minerals, temperature difference, strong sunlight, and good ventilation make it an ideal location for soybean cultivation. There, I, with 30 years of experience in natural farming, cultivated it starting from soil preparation, using natural farming methods, without pesticides during the cultivation period, by hand, and naturally dried. Although the yield is small due to the mountainous terrain and limited arable land, its superior taste is second to none.
