?Arugula is an annual herb native to the Mediterranean coast. It was already cultivated as an edible herb in ancient Greece and Rome, and it is said that Cleopatra favored arugula to maintain her beauty.
?It has a sesame-like flavor with a slight spiciness. Young leaves are used in salads and various dishes.

★ Sowing Period (General guideline)
April-May
September-October
Germination Temperature: 15-20°C
Germination Time: 1-2 weeks

★ Avoid transplanting (taproot): Cilantro has a deep taproot and dislikes being transplanted. When planting seedlings from pots, do not disturb the roots. Direct sowing into planters or the garden is ideal.

Sunlight and Temperature: Prefers sunny locations, but growth deteriorates above 30°C. Avoid direct sunlight in summer; move to a partially shaded area or use a shade cloth.

Ventilation: Sensitive to high temperatures and humidity. It is prone to diseases if it becomes stuffy during the rainy season. Choose a well-ventilated location.

Water thoroughly when the soil surface dries out. If it becomes too dry, the plant will bolt (flower prematurely) and the leaves will become tough.

Also suitable for growing: Chinese cabbage, beets, romanesco, zucchini, carrots, kale, okra, daikon radish, green onions, black-eyed peas, green beans, snap peas.
