This is a HiKOKI NV90HR.
It has been painted black with a 2-part urethane.
There is a slight, quiet swoosh sound from the exhaust.
I believe it can be easily repaired by someone who knows maintenance, but I don't know how to fix it myself.
It was usable without any issues.
