This item was found while organizing my parents' warehouse.
It was slightly rusted, so I've removed as much rust as possible.
Initially, the movement of the gear-like part that tightens the blade in stages was a bit stiff, but after removing the rust and applying silicone spray, it now moves smoothly.
However, I have no knowledge of this tool, so I probably won't be able to answer any questions about it.
