Hydrangea Annabelle Seedling No. 8

This is a seedling as pictured.
The leaves are edible, so there may be some insect damage.
Please understand that it is organically grown without pesticides.

It blooms with pure white flowers from June to July.
It grows to about 20 cm in diameter, making for a spectacular display!!

After the flowers finish, I don't prune them right away, but enjoy them as dried flowers right where they are.
Pure white → lime green (they start to dry from here) → brown
It's my favorite hydrangea.

About 20 years ago, when a neighbor with a beautiful garden was pruning their Annabelle hydrangea, I happened to walk by, and they called out to me, Here, have some for cuttings.
At that time, I knew nothing about flowers and couldn't imagine beautiful flowers blooming from these dead-looking branches, so I half-believingly followed their instructions and took cuttings.
Now, I'm grateful for the encounter with Annabelle that drew me into the world of gardening.

As this is a young seedling, it will be shipped in its pot (I will reduce the soil slightly to prevent it from leaking) via the 4th class mail service.
