I've used this for many years as I liked it,
but I'm reluctantly selling it because the TV board won't fit in the desired TV placement in my new home.
I believe it is still in usable condition.
While there are no major noticeable scratches or dirt, please understand that there may be some minor scratches, dirt, and warping on the upper shelf.

The upper and lower storage spaces in the TV board are still holding items in the photos, but these items are not included.
