I purchased this suit set with both a skirt and pants when I was preparing for university entrance exams.
However, I rarely wore the pants, and I believe I only wore them about twice, including when I had them hemmed.

I had the length adjusted slightly, and the cut-off hem is still attached. (I can remove it before shipping if you prefer.)
