On March 6, 2020, the long-established Yasushige Uchihamono store in Kyoto relocated to a new store. Before the relocation, a Kyoto antique dealer took over a large amount of inventory, which we then purchased in bulk.

Yasushige floral shears are used in the Ikenobo school of flower arrangement. It is a high-end brand known to those in the know, and as someone who has used many knives, I personally found them to be truly amazing! I use their double-edged Santoku kitchen knife, small knife, floral shears, and several other items daily, and they hold their edge exceptionally well. I am impressed by the difference that tradition and the blacksmith's skill make.
