I used the julienne plate once on the day I received it.
I am selling it because I prefer the thinner slices achieved with traditional manual graters and will not be using this.
I used it with carrots yesterday, and although I have washed it, there may be slight residual redness in some areas. I have checked thoroughly and cannot see any, but it's possible.
Purchased on Amazon.
It was delivered with the original box sealed with tape, so there is no outer box.
I plan to wrap the original box in a paper bag for shipping.
