[How to Use]
1. Place the ring around your neck with the tip facing forward.
2. When it feels warm, place it in an environment below 28°C (82.4°F), or cool it in a freezer or with tap water. Do not leave it in the freezer for extended periods. This product repeatedly changes between solid and liquid states depending on the ambient temperature.
Estimated freezing times:
* Natural freezing (below 28°C / 82.4°F): 3 hours
* Tap water: 30 minutes
* Freezer: 10 minutes
