When planted in the ground, the seed tubers tend to grow larger, and they multiply extensively through underground stems.

They can be used as a substitute for green onions in miso soup.
You can also quickly boil them and enjoy them with ponzu sauce.
If you attach a ￥100 shop net, they will grow upwards. They are very useful to have.
They are not commonly found in markets, so we highly recommend them.

We fertilize with rice washing water and natural fertilizers.
We grow them for personal enjoyment.
We are not a commercial vendor, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive.

??About Shipping??
As it is getting warmer, shipments after Thursday will be handled on the following week. Regular mail does not have tracking and takes time.

We will ship via Fourth Class Mail, so we cannot ship on weekends. We ship from the post office counter on weekdays.
