The product is unused, but there are scratches, dents, and dirt on the frame and panels due to transportation. Please refrain from bidding if you are concerned about scratches. This is a sale of materials, not a finished product.

It can be used in various ways, such as a storage shed in the backyard, a study, or a children's room, especially in places where narrow roads prevent trucks like 4-ton vehicles from entering. We believe it's perfect as a children's room until they become independent, rather than building a larger house.

The materials can be loaded onto a 2-ton flatbed truck or a 2-ton dump truck.
We can load it with a forklift if you come to pick it up.

The longest piece of the steel frame is approximately 5.7m.
The total weight of all parts is 1200kg, so it cannot be loaded onto a single light truck.

If you have a level ground and the necessary tools, it is possible for 4 adults to assemble it in one day.
First, assemble the frame, ensure it is level and square, and then send us a photo on LINE, and we can offer advice.

The item is listed from the vicinity of Yokotake Dam in Yoshida, Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture.
Shipping will be via a 4-ton charter truck. The shipping cost will not change even if you purchase two units.

If you require assembly or delivery, please contact us before bidding.

You must have at least one person present to assist the driver with unloading. If no one is present, an additional ￥10,000 unloading fee will be charged.

The walls are insulated with 50mm insulation.
The flooring is fiber-reinforced cement.

This item is sold unassembled. The position of windows and doors can be changed.
You are welcome to inspect the actual product, which is located below Yokotake Dam in Yoshida, Ureshino Town, Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture. Inspections can be arranged at any time.
