Worn daily for 3 months immediately after childbirth, so there are signs of use, including pilling and stretching.
Worn over underwear, not directly against the skin.

Personal review:
Immediately after childbirth, I wore it at the largest adjustment setting, barely fitting. Gradually, my pelvis narrowed, and eventually, I was able to wear it at the smallest adjustment setting. My internal organs returned to their original positions, and my protruding belly also flattened nicely.
It's so comfortable to wear that I feel it's difficult to walk without it.
However, because I relied on it constantly, the muscles in my waist area weakened. So, it seems better not to wear it once your stomach and pelvis have returned to their normal state.
If I get pregnant again, this will definitely be an item I use.
