This is a neck wallet from RADIALL. Used a few times as a small accessory case.
As shown in images 2 and 3, there is some peeling of the print, but otherwise there are no noticeable scratches, dirt, or signs of wear, and the leather has not aged.

This neck wallet is made from reflector leather with special processing. The elastic band on the back can be used as a card holder, and pulling the built-in strap allows cards to slide out smoothly. There are two pockets when you open the flap, which can be used for bills and coins separately. It can also be used as a small accessory case. The message NO STASH INSIDE is printed on the back. The flap features a print motif of wheel caps and the Aztec sun god.
