This is a Disney Lunch Gift Set made by Teinen Kogyo, believed to be from the early 1980s.
The classic expression of Mickey Mouse and the logo design from that era are very cute, and the item is full of Showa retro atmosphere.
It is a genuine licensed product from that time, with Walt Disney Productions written on the seal.
