This is a handmade item.
The ribbon is wrapped twice to prevent it from coming off easily, and each bead is individually tied and attached with thread. The yarn sticking out from the inside is intentionally left uncut, as this is how the parakeet played inside. It can be hung anywhere using the loop, or tied on. Photos 4 and 5 are reference photos of the parakeet playing with it.
