My mother, who has been a textile artist for many years, primarily making bags, is now carefully handcrafting small items using leftover fabric scraps from her bag-making. Each piece is unique with a different pattern, making it a one-of-a-kind item.
As these are made at my mother's pace, we cannot accept custom orders. Thank you for your understanding.
The stitching is well-done.
Some of the fabrics used may include Japanese kimonos or Indonesian batiks that my mother purchased because she liked them. While I'm not sure which are high-end fabrics, some of them are indeed of good quality. For items made with clearly high-quality materials, the price reflects that.
Coasters and pot holders have a layer of non-woven fabric inside for added thickness.
These make for stylish, small gifts.
We also offer masks and drawstring bags. The drawstring bags are more intricate and therefore priced slightly higher.

These are primarily intended for use as coasters.
These appear to be made with vintage fabrics. The beautiful purple color (it was difficult to capture the exact shade, but it might be slightly less reddish than in the photos) has an elegant feel. There is a leaf-like pattern in kasuri weave. My mother's sense of style is evident in the choice of green for the lining fabric.
