This item was received from my uncle who ran a hardware store, as inventory clearance.
As I am an amateur, I do not fully understand the product details or its uses.
It appears to be unused, but as it is an old product, I believe there may be age-related deterioration.
There is rust and paint peeling.
I have not tested it for the purpose of this listing.
As shown in images 9 and 10, it will be shipped in a bag and packed in a box. Both the bag and box are from that era and have dirt and damage.
The box has been repaired with tape.
Since the shipping box will be used directly, it may be damaged during transit.
Based on the above, although it appears to be unused,
it is listed as Used: Scratches and dirt.
