Description
These are broken grains of non-glutinous rice (Koshihikari, Hitomebore) that were removed during the hulling process of the Reiwa 7 (2025) harvest.
They were sorted by size using a grader and then experimentally milled.
These broken grains come from rice grown without the use of herbicides or pesticides.
Please note that they may contain weed seeds.
Each bag contains approximately 900g. We will pack as much as possible within the Nekoposu shipping weight limit.
