Stored for a long time in a storage shed

It was found together with a newspaper from the second year of the Showa era (1927), so this item is at least nearly 100 years old.
Some of the paint has peeled off.

It is decorated with pictures of carp, tengu (long-nosed goblin), and otafuku (a character representing good luck).

In addition to practical use, it can also be displayed on a shelf as interior decor, or used as a prop for stage plays or dramas.

I will pass it on to someone who appreciates it.

My great-grandfather purchased this item from a shop owner who was changing their inventory.
