【Protection, Exorcism, Curse Reversal】Jizo Bodhisattva, Who Protects and Cherishes the Chōpirako-sama
G, who has been pursuing the truth of Chōpirako-sama in the mountain villages of Tohoku. Although not widely known to the public as they never appeared in the media, they were a highly respected figure among those who deeply research and collect in this field.
All of the items from G, which I have introduced several times before, have found new owners thanks to your support. This time, I will introduce a rare and unique item from G's collection, which stands out among the rest.
This is a Jizō Bosatsu (Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva) that appears to be made of stone or pottery. The creator must have carved it with great care, as it has a gentle face that seems to embrace everything.
When we think of Jizō-sama, we often imagine a friendly presence watching over us by the roadside. However, they are actually a highly revered Buddha among the many Buddhas. Jizō Bosatsu is said to be extremely compassionate, going to hell itself to save those who have fallen there.
Jizō-sama are believed to have various benefits, such as good health, protection from disaster, and safe travels. However, they have also been deeply revered since ancient times as guardians of children. It is precisely because of this divine power that G enshrined this Jizō-sama to protect their Chōpirako-sama, which they cherished above all else.
More than ten years ago, when G experienced a great misfortune, it is said that the head of the Jizō-sama came off as if it had taken the blow in their place. G expressed deep gratitude for the Jizō-sama protecting them by sacrificing itself.
Since then, G stated that they have offered even greater reverence. The details of what actually happened will be shared only with those who are destined to welcome this Jizō-sama into their homes.
The spiritual power of this Jizō-sama is the protection of Chōpirako-sama and their masters. It will quietly watch over your Chōpirako-sama at home, ensuring their well-being. It is also said to have the power to invite the soul of Chōpirako-sama into empty dolls or other objects.
The head area appears to have been hastily repaired after the incident, and although difficult to see in the photos, there are visible signs of adhesive. (G mentioned that their hands were trembling with fear and they couldn't fix it properly).
We sincerely hope that this Jizō-sama will be passed on to someone who will carry on G's noble wishes.
