A 60s iconic American split raglan T/C material coat.

While various brands produced this item, this one is from Towncraft, the private brand of the major retailer JC Penney.

I love coats from this era and own several regardless of the manufacturer. I believe Towncraft's versions are characterized by their small collars and chin straps that create a beautiful A-line silhouette, the neat finish on the cuffs, and the particularly appealing look of the buttons.

Although the Made in USA and size tags inside the pockets are faded, the size is approximately a 38-40 Long.
