① Attach the gasket, weight, and nozzle cover to the lid.
② Add ingredients to the pot.
③ Align the ▽ and △ marks on the lid and pot, then twist to close.
④ Once heated, internal pressure will build, and the red lock on the handle will engage.
⑤ When the weight starts to move, reduce the heat.
⑥ Cook for the time specified in the recipe.
⑦ After turning off the heat, let it sit for a while.
⑧ When the pressure has decreased, the red lock will release.
⑨ Twist the lid to open.
