Purchased on Mercari about a year ago.
This is a cantilever chair, similar to Marcel Breuer's Cesca chair.
It features a rattan seat with a cushioned leather seat.
The seat height is slightly lower than usual, and the overall proportions seem to be designed to be a bit smaller to fit the Japanese physique.
There are scuffs on the wood and signs of use on the leather, typical of vintage items, but the armrests are not noticeably wobbly, and the chair is sturdy and still usable.
*There is a small hole in the seat. Please check photos 4 and 5 before purchasing.
