Handpan, 56 cm. This model has 3 more notes than standard, for a total of 12 notes.
It is called a Mutant.
D Minor.
The color is a two-tone silver with a brown center on the tone fields.
With 12 notes, the two highest notes produce better sound on the outer rings than in the center.

Tuned to A4 (the note A) = 432Hz.
Modern instruments are all tuned to A4 = 440Hz, but before 1939, classical music was tuned to 432Hz.
Mozart and Vivaldi composed in 432Hz.
The 432Hz tuning sounds gentler and more beautiful, with a healing effect. In modern times, Steiner education and other methods use 432Hz instruments to play scales for children.

This is a new item, but it has been opened for photography, inspection, and cleaning.

The tuning has been checked and adjusted to the best of our ability.

The center note is the fundamental, starting with D3 (the note D).
The numbers below the D3 in the center represent the actual measured frequencies.
These were measured with an iPhone app, so there may be some error. Please consider them as a reference only.
The range of notes can vary depending on how it is played.

Tuning solely by frequency can sometimes result in an unnatural sound.
The tuning has been adjusted to a range that sounds natural.
