While modern instruments are all tuned to A4 = 440Hz, classical music before 1939 was tuned to 432Hz.
Mozart and Vivaldi composed in 432Hz.
The 432Hz tuning sounds gentler and more beautiful, with a healing effect. In modern times, Steiner education and other methods use 432Hz instruments to expose children to scales.
