Purchased new several years ago, approximately 4-5 meters were cut off, and then it was stored in a bag in a closet. The portion being listed is unused, but since it was cut from a new item that was used, it is listed as scratched/dirty.

I would like to pass this on to someone who can utilize it.

The photos show it rolled into a tube, but for shipping purposes, the tube will be removed, and it will be placed in a bag and then a cardboard box. The tube will not be included. Please check the photos for the packaging condition.
