Washed with water every 2 uses
Insoles used about 5 times, then replaced with different insoles.

The fabric on the heel of the right shoe is torn.
The heel of the left shoe is also slightly scuffed.

There are scuffs and scratches on the exterior as well.

The soles are relatively clean, I think.
The soft spikes have been replaced slightly.

The entire shoe and insoles have been hand-washed with detergent.
They are still in good condition and can be used.
