AT-6 Audio-Technica Cartridge with Unused TD10-16 Stylus
This is a set of an Audio-Technica AT-6 cartridge for record players and an unused stylus (replacement needle) made by Tokyo Hōseki. The Tokyo Hōseki stylus model number is TD10-16.
This is an MM (Moving Magnet) type stereo cartridge and stylus manufactured and sold by Audio-Technica. It's a cartridge developed and sold around the time records transitioned from mono to stereo, and it exhibits excellent playback capability for analog recordings. It's ideal for playing records from the 60s and 70s.
I have confirmed that the cartridge outputs sound correctly from both channels using another stylus I have. It produces a good sound. I have removed the stylus from its packaging and visually inspected it, confirming that the cantilever and needle tip are in good condition. Please check the images for the condition, as close-up shots are provided.
