VADER Clear with Black frame & Black band
The mask itself is the Super Clear model, with a separately purchased black frame and black band attached.
There are some minor scratches from normal use, but I believe they do not affect its appearance from a distance or its functionality.
The clear lens allows a lot of light to enter, brightening the field of vision and making it easier for instructors and buddies to read your facial expressions.
