Purchased in 1993.
The record button cannot be pressed, but other buttons can be pressed.
The radio can receive both AM and FM broadcasts. (Confirmed with AC adapter; not tested with batteries).
The antenna extends and retracts without issue.
As this is an old item, there are many scratches and stains.
