There are multiple repair marks. They have been repaired by someone who has been wakeboarding for many years, so there should be no issues with use. The wakeboard on the left is for women. It has many signs of use and scratches, but no repair marks. Both boards no longer have bindings, etc., as they have been removed due to age. The boards themselves can still be used if restored.
