Technics DJ Mixer SH-EX1200 (Defective)

This is a listing for a Technics DJ mixer, model SH-EX1200.
I purchased it as a used item in beautiful condition, but the headphone jack was loose. Upon inspection, I found evidence of repair. Because of this, it doesn't fit securely into the mounting hole, and the nut cannot be tightened, causing it to come loose (Photo 5).
Other than this, a basic sound check revealed no particular issues. However, due to the reason mentioned above, this item is being sold as-is (junk) with no returns or exchanges.
The jack appears to be only soldered in a few places, so I believe replacing the part should be relatively easy.
It will be shipped as shown in Photo 2. The nut and washer for securing the jack will be placed in a bag and sent along.

Inside the cover on the bottom of the unit, there is a replacement crossfader (Photo 6). This is often missing in used items, so this is a bit of a bonus.

A power cable is not included. A commercially available two-pin figure-8 style power cable is used.
