This listing is for live mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) for fishing bait. These are medium-sized.

They were approximately 8-5 cm on average.
*As these are natural products, their growth may vary depending on the location and depth from which they were collected on the day, so some may be slightly larger or smaller than the listed size. The approximate size is 8 cm to 5 cm. We select them by eye, and they are sold by the kilogram.

*We do not ship to Okinawa, Kyushu region, or other areas including some remote islands, so please refrain from ordering.

① The size will be 4kg, with no specific sorting, ranging from approximately 8cm down to 5cm. Since we do not meticulously sort by eye, there may be some larger or smaller than 8cm-5cm. There may also be some slight dirt, cracked shells (including those already open and dead), barnacles, and seaweed attached. We will remove as much as possible, but some may remain.

② Unlike the small size (clumped), the medium size and larger are mostly individual.

③ If you wish to specify a delivery date, please do so within one week from the date of your order.
(If you have a preference, it would be helpful if you could provide a range, such as between X day and Y day or by X day.)

Please note that we may ask you to change the delivery date if there are continuous high waves or strong winds.

④ Since these are for fishing bait and not for human consumption, they will be shipped in a regular parcel with a water-repellent cardboard box. If the temperature rises, ice packs will be included.
